True cross-training in one tool. The Fibonacci Pilates Band™ Elite combines strength, flexibility, balance and mobility work that would normally take several pieces of equipment, and lets you move between them without changing setup.
Whole-body, not isolated. Instead of training one muscle at a time, the band recruits muscles, tendons and fascia together in coordinated patterns, the way your body actually moves when you reach, turn, lift and step.
Grounded in PNF. Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation was developed by physical therapists. It uses spiral and diagonal movement patterns and contract-relax techniques to improve range of motion, strength and neuromuscular control. The band lets you practice these techniques on your own, without a partner.

The Fibonacci Pilates Band™ Elite attaches in seconds to most reformers, towers and Cadillacs with a standard frame, using the included carabiners and straps. Many clients use it right on their machine, hooked to the front tower.
