At the core of the Fibonacci Pilates System is a gravity-calibrated concentric pivot layer — a multi-layer platform that functions as a classical monolithic surface or as three independently moving layers in variable conjunction.

Two upper layers connect via a precision pivot pin housed in an oil-embedded flanged sleeve bearing. The motion is governed by a 125-degree arc slot machined into the pivot plate. The user's body weight against a calibrated silicone strip creates a resistance load — a system tuned to the user's mass, not against it.

Five Fibonacci tilt angles — 2°, 3°, 5°, 8°, and 13° — guide progression through the proportions found throughout the human body and the natural world.
