Limited Warranty

Fibonacci Pilates Band™ 1-Year Limited Warranty

We stand behind every band we make. Fibonacci Pilates Systems, LLC warrants to the original purchaser that the Fibonacci Pilates Band™ and its included components (handles, Fibonacci Hip Loop™, straps, harness, grips, door anchor, hardware and carrying case) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use for one (1) year from the date of purchase. For bands used in a studio, gym or other commercial setting, the warranty period is ninety (90) days.

What we will do

If your band has a covered defect, we will repair or replace the defective part or band, at our option, at no charge, and pay the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to you.

What is not covered

Normal wear, including the gradual loss of elasticity of the bungees; damage from misuse, improper anchoring, cuts, abrasion, sharp objects, pets, exposure to heat, sunlight, water or chemicals; use beyond the 225 lb maximum user weight; modifications or repairs not made by us; and products bought from unauthorized sellers.

How to make a claim

Use the contact form at fibonaccipilates.com and include your order number or receipt, your band’s serial number (sewn into the label), a description of the problem and a photo. Registering your band speeds up service but is not required for warranty coverage; your receipt is your proof of purchase.

Limitations

Any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this written warranty. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

This warranty is separate from, and in addition to, our 30-day money-back guarantee.
